St Joseph’s Youth Serivce is for all young people between the ages of 12 and 25. We provide Outreach support for 12-25 y/o who would like support with Education, counselling, Advocacy, Financial Assistance, Life skills Programs, employment family support and parenting support.
CoolHeads Street Outreach Service aims to reduce the risk of young people becoming involved in crime and anti-social behaviour, either as potential victims or offenders.
The programme has both a community safety focus and provides a supportive role to young people by linking them to support services that seek to address the underlying issues that may result in their presence on street late night.
